It's probably because the animations and somewhat voice acting, even though I am not a good enough animator (or will ever be), the animation is pretty choppy on its own, you should Def try to actually animate stuff (like draw frame by frame n all that).
Acting is pretty okayish on its own, though you could work on it to be better or get people to help you with voice acting other characters, though this is my opinion so do what you will.
